Hola Amigos...don't you feel like after Valentine's we should be celebrating Spring right away. Don't you want to put the long dark cold days of Winter in the past. Well I do too! Can't hardly wait for those short but most anticipated days of Spring...they go by so fast in this part of the country...that better take advantage of every second to the fullest...
These are the signs of Spring that I miss....

The Duck's nest under my pine tree in the backyard

The Purple Wild Flowers, popping around pieces of wood and stones

The Pesky Bumble Bee scaring my little guy with it's buzz around the flowers

The Annoying Robin terrorizing all of us everytime we go out to our back yard to throw a ball

The Orange Lady Bugs (although they are not lady bugs at all)...I just think they are cute

An my little one pretending to to lawn work with his big boots and shorts..I love this shot!

So what are the signs of Spring that you Miss?
Besitos,
Lizy

  9. Hello, Lizbeth

I'm still enjoying the winter! That being said, I absolutely love the spring and will be happy to greet it with open arms when it arrives. I just don't want to miss out on the crisp, clear days that this season can bring by wishing it away too soon.

When the snow melts and the grass starts growing, maybe you can send your little yard man to do my mowing. I'll pay him with chocolate chip cookies!

Thank you for participating in Sunlit Sunday this week.

  11. So cute! I miss my roses. I did a post recently and thought, I'll go out and cute some roses for this post...Oh. Ya. there are none! We have a very short winter here (2 1/2 months..of not so severe winter weather...maybe some rain) in California, but I did have to prune down my roses. I miss them. Love the last photo. So sweet and innocent!!

  12. Believe it or not, I like the smell of spring, it has an appealing earthy smell. I miss my flowers and putting around in the garden to see what is emerging.

  17. Love you pictures. I live in the deep south, so we have balmy weather almost year round. But still spring is a time or renewal. Visiting from Sunlit Sunday.
