Lemon Meringue Pie Milkshake
1/2 cup of Milk
2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
3-4 Tablespoons Lemon Curd
1 TBSP Lemon Zest
2 Cups Honey-Vanilla Greek Frozen Yogurt (or your favorite Vanilla frozen Yogurt
Whip Cream
Lemon Cookies for garnish
In a blender add Milk, Lemon Juice, Lemon Curd, Lemon Zests. Blend until ingredients are well mixed. Add the frozen Yogurt, Blend for a couple of seconds until smooth!
Listo
Garnish with Whip Cream or Lemon Cookie!
I even added some extra Lemon Curd to the bottom of my cup for a little tasty surprise!
It's so refreshing and hard to have only one.
If you don't want to dip your cookie in your shake, how about crushing it and sprinkle it on your shake...yummmm,
