In one of my weekly trips to the dollar store, I found this little box of Chocolate Raspberry Truffle Instant Coffee. I thought it would be good to try it in a day when just regular coffee wouldn't cut it, but then I decided it to use it for this smoothie and it was just perfect!
Here are the ingredients:
Chocolate Raspberry Coffee Smoothie
1 1/2 Cup of Strong Brewed Coffee Chilled
(I used 2 envelopes for this amount of water, if you want it stronger it's ok)
1 (8oz) Container of Raspberry Yogurt Chilled
1 Cup Frozen Raspberries
3/4 Cup Raspberry Sherbet
In a blender combine all the ingredients except the sherbet. Blend it on high until raspberries are pureed and smooth. Add the Sherbet and blend it on high again until everything is combined and
smooth!
Listo,
It's refreshing and delicious with the plus of the caffeine infusion.
This would be from now on my go to energy drink.
Oh and the important thing, low calorie too! Don't you love that!
Thank You for coming today and visit the blog. Remember everything tastes better with a Pinch of Love!
Besitos,
Lizy
