Let's get started with our Neapolitan Romance Dessert.
Neapolitan Romance Dessert
3 Cups heavy cream
1/2 Cup Super Fine Sugar
3/4 Cup Sour Cream
2TBSP vanilla
2 TSP unflavored Gelatin
1TSP Strawberry Gelatin
5 TBPS Water
50g or semi-sweet Chocolate
Place cream and sugar in a saucepan, add vanilla and stir on medium heat until the sugar is dissolved.
Remove from heat and add sour cream.
Vanilla Layer
In a separate container, sprinkle the unflavored gelatin on 3 Tablespoons of water until absorbed.
Divide the cream mix in 3 parts (equal if you want, but not necessary)
Add one part of this mix cream mix to the gelatin. Set Aside
Chocolate Layer
Melt your Semisweet chocolate over a bain-marie. Once Melted add the the second divided portion of the cream mix to the chocolate.
Strawberry Layer
Lastly, dissolve the Teaspoon of Strawberry gelatin in 2 tablespoons of water and add the remaining of the cream mix. Set Aside
To put the creams together start with your favorite flavor, I started with chocolate, Pour into your serving bowls and refrigerate for 20 minutes until set. Once set, add your next layer and refrigerate again for 20 minutes until set, mine was vainilla. Pour your last layer and refrigerate until you are ready to serve and decorate.
Listo,
Shredded Chocolate, Strawberries, Whipped Cream, Candy...whatever makes you happy goes!
Now enjoy and share with the one you love!
I hope this dessert brings a sweet ending to your Valentine's celebration today and today more than ever keep in mind that everything tastes better with a Pinch of Love!
Happy Valentines!
