DeleteI posted a similar theme this morning too so I guess I must be ready as well :-) Your lady bug picture is fabulous!
ReplyDeleteThese are great pics. Watch out for those ducks though around the eggs, they can sure get testy over their little ones (said w/the voice of experience ;) ).
ReplyDeleteThe last pic is awesome w/the boots, lol.
We are about a month and a half away from all of that.
ReplyDeleteWe are too...can't wait! Thanks for stopping by!
DeleteI miss the warm sun and the green grass. I love the photo of the robin...can't believe such a cute thing terrorizes! And the last photo of your son is adorable!

ReplyDeleteThank you Christina! So awesome that you are all the way in South Africa! and the different seasons...amazing!
DeleteGreat photos- really enjoyed them!
ReplyDeleteHello, Lizbeth
ReplyDeleteI'm still enjoying the winter! That being said, I absolutely love the spring and will be happy to greet it with open arms when it arrives. I just don't want to miss out on the crisp, clear days that this season can bring by wishing it away too soon.
When the snow melts and the grass starts growing, maybe you can send your little yard man to do my mowing. I'll pay him with chocolate chip cookies!
Thank you for participating in Sunlit Sunday this week.

What wonderful signs of spring! Bring it on!
ReplyDeleteSo cute! I miss my roses. I did a post recently and thought, I'll go out and cute some roses for this post...Oh. Ya. there are none! We have a very short winter here (2 1/2 months..of not so severe winter weather...maybe some rain) in California, but I did have to prune down my roses. I miss them. Love the last photo. So sweet and innocent!!

Believe it or not, I like the smell of spring, it has an appealing earthy smell. I miss my flowers and putting around in the garden to see what is emerging.
ReplyDeleteYou have a very intriguing blog title. I do love the shot of the boy running. My daughter does what I call back shots
ReplyDeleteThank You Ruth! The tittle of my blog is my life philosophy...everything tastes better if You Dip It In Chocolate. Thanks for stopping by and comment.
DeleteBeautiful photos! I love the one of your little guy mowing the grass. They love to 'help'. :) Pamela
ReplyDeleteOh what a cute shot of your son! I miss seeing life emerge from the ground in the spring! I look forward to it and all that comes with it. We won't see that until April here so I have a ways to go!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful pictures... I would love to see the flowers growing and can't wait for my tulips to be popping up... but right now they are under close to 5 feet of snow. I didn't realize that you were doing sunlit sunday's too. I have a photography blog too.
ReplyDeleteDear Marlys, I'm trying to work my way into a "big girls camera" so my husband says that I take pictures of everything moving or not...even ants, lol...but is my way to practice! Thank You so much...I didn't know you have a photography blog...will love to visit and get some good tips!
DeleteMuch Love!
Love you pictures. I live in the deep south, so we have balmy weather almost year round. But still spring is a time or renewal. Visiting from Sunlit Sunday.
